    I am enjoying/ learning from/ anticipating these weekly podcasts on the Psalms. They have become a powerful meditative experience for me and I love being able to associate a central phrase/music with a particular Psalm. I find that they come to mind at unexpected times.

    Thanks! Yeah, I wrote the antiphons with the intention that they’d be endlessly loopable, and I find myself singing them on the subway, on the sidewalk, etc. I’ve found that singing mantras is a great way to pray, especially when I don’t feel like praying in paragraphs…
